Privacy Policy

Shopify Tools (“we”, “us”) sells digital toolkits, theme blocks, and conversion systems for Shopify merchants worldwide. This policy covers our marketing site, the customer dashboard, our checkout, our optional Telegram assistant, and any email we send you.

We only collect what we need to deliver the products and improve the experience:

• Order data — your email, the items you bought, currency and amount, payment reference.
• Payment data — handled entirely by Paystack. We never see or store full card numbers.
• Usage data — page views, device type, and approximate region for analytics.
• Support data — anything you write to us by email or via the Telegram bot.
• Crash data — anonymous error reports through Sentry to help us fix bugs faster.

• To fulfil orders and send confirmation, license, and download emails.
• To answer support requests and improve the product based on real feedback.
• To detect fraud and protect the checkout from abuse.
• To measure aggregate performance — we never sell or rent personal data.

• Paystack — payment processing (PCI-DSS compliant).
• Lovable Cloud (Supabase) — encrypted database and authentication.
• Gmail (Google Workspace) — transactional and support email.
• Telegram — only if you choose to message our bot.
• Sentry — anonymous error monitoring.

Each processor is bound by a data-processing agreement and processes data only on our instructions.

We use a small set of strictly necessary cookies for the cart, session, and currency detection. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies. The site works fine with cookies blocked, you simply lose cart persistence between sessions.

Regardless of where you live, you can ask us to: confirm what data we hold about you, send you a copy, correct it, or delete it entirely. Email help@shopifyassistteam.com and we will action it within 14 days. We honour GDPR and CCPA requests as a baseline globally.

Order records are retained for 7 years for tax compliance. Support emails are retained for 24 months. Crash reports are auto-deleted after 90 days. You can ask for early deletion of anything that is not legally required.

All traffic is HTTPS. The orders table is locked down at the database level — only our trusted server functions can read or write it. Payments are tokenized by Paystack and never touch our servers in raw form.

Shopify Tools is a B2B product. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.

If we make a material change we will update the date at the top and, for active customers, send an email summary of what changed. Older versions are available on request.
